Every CRE retail event we attended last year included someone who asked: "Do you think Zara will be comin g to Seattle soon?" The buzz is that our long local fashion wait may be over and that the beloved Spanish retailer will be going in at Westlake Center before the middle of 2014. Nordstrom Rack in the basement and Zara upstairs--no wonder Bellevue is jealous.
