Colliers Expands in Portland With NBS Acquistion

Colliers International expanded its footprint in Portland dramatically with the acquisition of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, which has been in operation in Portland for over 80 years. Under the terms of the deal, NBS' entire team of commercial real estate pros will join Colliers.

The advantage of the combination, says Colliers International managing director David Kotansky, who heads the Portland office, is deep expertise in Portland's local markets, but with access to the Colliers International global platform.
