Skanska Seattle's office, which hosted, has partnered with the nonprofit Rainier, which provides students of color with access to higher education. Rainier Scholars are typically from low-income households and over 85% will be the first in their families to earn degrees. The company's partnership includes an internship program for Rainier Scholars.
