Bobbleheads Galore!

Sure, Puget Sound's known for its tech industry, but the area's also got a stake in the bobblehead industry ("pop culture collectibles"). That industry absorbs space, too, because the demand for bobbleheads seems to be on the upbobble. Recently, one of major players in bobblehead-dom, Funko LLC, inked a deal for the entire 200k SF building at 1202 Shuksan Way in Everett. JLL's Daniel Seger and Brent Jackson repped Funko, and the landlord, the State of Washington, repped itself.
