| You may have heard of a small Seattle-based chain called Starbucks (and if you haven't, turn your head 90 degrees to the right and you'll probably see one). These days, the people who made coffee cool in Seattle are striving to do the same thing for juice in Bellevue. In tow with Re/Max broker Bonnie Beddall, we stopped into their new Evolution Fresh juice bar, a converted Starbucks storefront in The Lodge at Bellevue Square, to test out some of the nectars. (We recommend the Spiced Carrot or the Sweet Beet). |
| Fun fact about Bonnie: her father was a developer, and she got into real estate after several years as an airline pilot. Bonnie tells us she's optimistic about the state of the market and Bellevue's CRE future. After all, when you have a place where people are spending $5 for eight ounces of juice, it's hard to think we're on the brink of disaster. |
