Lobster Headed to Silicon Valley

Good news for New Englanders craving hard-to-find shellfish 3,000 miles away. Sares Regis Group of Northern California just announced that Old Port Lobster Shack will occupy one of the ground-floor retail spaces in its new luxury apartment community in Los Altos. The popular restaurant, which serves authentic New England-style seafood, has 2,800 SF of corner space and will open in early 2016. Also signed on: Barre3 and Vitamin Shoppe. Sares Regis is partnering with Chicago-based Pritzker Realty Group to deliver the 167-unit community near the intersection of San Antonio Road and El Camino Real.
