Sares Regis Group of Northern California signed a new tenant to Colonnade, Los Altos’s newest luxury apartment community (rendered here). Barre3, an exercise studio that combines ballet with yoga and Pilates, leased 1,460 SF and will open in early 2015. The studio already has locations in Oregon and Washington. SRGNC is partnering with Chicago-based Pritzker Realty Group to deliver the 167-unit luxury apartment community located near the intersection of San Antonio Road and El Camino Real. The Vitamin Shoppe and Jos. A. Bank are also signed on, with a 1,900 SF spot up for grabs--a café or restaurant is likely. (If you eat too much, you can slim down with Pilates, then fit into your Jos. A Bank suit.) Apartments are scheduled to start leasing in early 2015.
