Conor Commercial Purchases Massive Industrial Development Site

Conor Commercial has purchased 41 acres in Fremont from Integral Communities in a deal valued at roughly $57.15M.

Conor could build up to 800k SF of industrial space on the property, which is west of Cushing Parkway at Bunche Drive.

Integral still owns 111 acres on the eastern side of Cushing Parkway that it purchased along with the 41-acre site from Cisco Systems in 2013. Integral is marketing the 111-acre site for sale as well, according to the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

The location has seen several plans come and go, including a proposal by the Oakland A's to build a ballpark there called Cisco Field. Cisco, which purchased the property in 2009, planned to use it for corporate expansion, but instead sold the 150 acres to Integral for $60M in 2013.

Integral had planned on a mixed-use residential project, but put the property up for sale when those plans didn't gain zoning support. [SVBJ]
