It's Equity's 16-story development with 273 rentals; located at 690 Long Bridge St and adjacent to Mission Creek Park, the 396k SF development will open in spring 2015 and offer 360-degree views. Onsite amenities include outdoor courtyards, barbeques, a fire pit, bike storage, and fitness center. Less conventional ones include a demonstration kitchen, bicycle repair room, pet wash, and a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience open spaces or parks on three sides of the development.
