It's Equity's 16-story development with 273 rentals; located at 690 Long Bridge St and adjacent to Mission Creek Park, the 396k SF development will open in spring 2015 and offer 360-degree views. Onsite amenities include outdoor courtyards, barbeques, a fire pit, bike storage, and fitness center. Less conventional ones include a demonstration kitchen, bicycle repair room, pet wash, and a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience open spaces or parks on three sides of the development. In addition to GC Nibbi Brothers, the team includes HKS Architects, interior architect NC2 Studio, and landscape architect Cliff Lowe Associates, all of S.F.
