Toll Brothers Eyes Development Site in East Bay

Toll Brothers Apartment Living, the apartment developer division of Toll Brothers, could be close to its first development project in the Bay Area.

Charles Elliott, head of Toll Brothers Apartment Living, says the company is in negotiations on a development site in the East Bay near a major BART Station.

Toll Brothers is looking to expand its footprint beyond the East Coast and has been looking at other markets out west. Apartment Living projects are typically developed in tandem with institutional partners. [TR]
