Orton Development partner James Madsen imagines Prop B is going to be the big question. Because Orton's project at Historic Pier 70 is 100% rehab of existing structures, the project is a little bit different. Orton is embarking on an 18-month construction project to restore eight historic office and industrial buildings along 20th Street east of Illinois Street to ready the spaces for TIs. Tomorrow he expects to discuss what an incredible neighborhood the Dogpatch is and how much activity is going on down there.
