Rincon Hill is one step closer to replacing a gas station with a 14-story condo project.
Developers held a pre-application meeting with local residents this week to discuss plans for the site at 390 1st St, which is now home to a Union 76 gas station.
Comprised mostly of 180 units of housing (including some micro-units and three-bedroom units), the building would have roof decks and room on the ground floor for a café. Initial plans filed with the city last year were for a 13-story building with 185 units. [Curbed]
