Polaris Pacific is expanding its West Coast sales staff in the wake of growing demand for urban high-rise residential buildings. Long-time Polaris vet Wendy Novia will head the company’s Western sales efforts.

Polaris Pacific managing partner Garrett Frakes praised Wendy’s deep experience at the company. “Wendy, in particular, has been indispensable over the past several years, leading award-winning sales campaigns for some of the most recognizable developments on the West Coast and positioning the company at the forefront of the industry for sales results,” he said. She has worked at the company since 2007 and will now oversee the entire sales effort.

Expansion of sales teams is usually a bullish sign as companies increase headcount in anticipation of growing customer demand. With many key marquee residential towers nearing completion after nearly a decade of low interest rates, the race will be on to find tenants.
