Increased popularity at Mission Bay is paying off for one new condo development. CIM Group’s One Mission Bay has pre-sold half of its 350 residences less than a year after it opened its sales center.

One Mission Bay topped off November 2016 and is expected to be completed later this year. The 2.2-acre development offers a 16-story high-rise and a six-story mid-rise and 41K SF of amenities. Condos range from 487 SF studios to 1,976 SF three-bedroom plus den units. Penthouses with custom finishes also are available.

The development at 1000 Channel St. is near the under-construction Chase Center, eight acres of parks and outdoor space planned as part of Mission Rock. It is walking distance to AT&T Park, Caltrain and UCSF Medical Center.

Amenities include a fitness center designed by celebrity trainer and nutritionist Harley Pasternak, a heated outdoor swimming pool with poolside cabanas and outdoor fire pits, private meeting rooms, a guest suite, a resident lounge, library and business center and private dining room with a chef’s catering kitchen.
