Hundreds of luxury condos are nearing completion in San Francisco's Mission Bay. CIM Group just celebrated the topping off of its 350-unit One Mission Bay community last week. The topping off event included the placement of a time capsule sealed within the building.

The 16-floor, six-story mid-rise building offers 485 SF studios to 1,976 SF three-bedroom apartments with dens. The building is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by II By IV Design.
