Tigers (USA) Global Logistics Goes To Transwestern's Ed Mendence For Real Estate Advice

Tigers (USA) Global Logistics, a provider of supply chain and transportation services, has chosen Transwestern to provide real estate advisory services in the United States. Transwestern will help Tigers make decisions regarding site selection, portfolio optimization, financial analysis and transaction negotiation.

Transwestern SVP Ed Mendence (above) has worked with the logistics company in the past and will oversee the account. He previously worked with Tigers to expand in cities across the United States, such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston and Chicago.

Ed was eager to engage with Tigers (USA HQ in Elk Grove Village, IL, pictured above). “Since I began working with this company and its predecessor company, my chief professional aim has always been to serve them not merely in the conventional sense of a transactional/historical broker, but in a much more elevated capacity as their corporate real estate adviser and portfolio optimization expert,” he tells Bisnow.
