New JLL Team Launches for Bay Area Industrial Clients

JLL has created a new seven-person industrial and office team in the Bay Area, which will be led by managing directors Glen Dowling and Matt Bracco.

Constraints on new development and growing demand create a tight market with limited options for modern, efficient industrial space.

The team, based in San Rafael and Walnut Creek, will focus on clients in Marin, Napa, Sonoma, Solano and Contra Costa counties and the Central Valley. Rounding out the team are SVP Chris Neeb; VPs Tony Sarno and Christopher Burns; senior associate Reese Iyer; and senior brokerage specialist Laura Duffy.
