LAST NIGHT'S BISNOW BASH

Of 837 RSVPs, we think more than 400  of you braved the driving rain and less-than-careful drivers on the North Dallas Tollway to eat, drink, and swap business cards at our Bisnow Happy Hour & Schmooze last night at 8300 Douglas  in Preston Center.
 

Here’s Cousins’ Matt Schendle and Cynthia Cowen, with your humble publisher Mark Bisnow (yes, it is his name). Thanks to great sponsors Parmenter Realty Partners and Cousins for the amazing food, drink, and even live band.

Parmenter hosted to help draw attention to the 25k SF  available for lease in the exquisitely renovated building. (Well, this floor obviously is awaiting a build-out.) It's tough to capture in one photo the crowd in such a sprawling space, but we assure you the buffet didn't know what hit it. Watch us next week for the meaty details of what many of the attendees have in the works.

 
Afterward, we created this vague graph to depict the skyrocketing signups as the event neared. More on the white box Preston Center space: It can be finished for a single tenant, or multiple tenants if one takes at least 10k SF.
