SurveyMonkey Headed to Bay Meadows

SurveyMonkey has signed a lease for about 210k SF at Bay Meadows in San Mateo. The company has called 101 Lytton St in Palo Alto home for a little over a year but major growth has spurred a need for new digs. The company will be the first commercial anchor at Bay Meadows, the former horse racetrack that has undergone a master planned redevelopment. SurveyMonkey was founded in 1999 as a simple online survey tool. It has since been acquired by a private equity consortium and disclosed revenues of $113M in 2012. [SVBJ]
