San Jose's Aire Gets Leasing

Yesterday, we drove about 45 miles south to check out what CBRE's Jordan Moss (right) says is the slickest and sexiest apartment project North San Jose has ever laid eyes on. He's with Bay West Development's Matt Gingery and Sean Murphy in one of Aire's gigantic closets that would make even Carrie Bradshaw jealous. They just started leasing the 293-unit project last month, which features a saltwater pool and private cabanas that channel a SoCal Andaz vibe. We'll show you more pics, and reveal more unique project deets, on Monday.
