Rockin' the Bay Area

Transwestern recently added more than 5M SF of Bay Area assignments, upping its portfolio in the region to nearly 9M SF.Yesterday, managing SVP Dave Rock filled us in on Transwestern’s plans to expand here.
Among the new assignments, the company won a 3.5M SF portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties in Marin County, Downtown San Fran, Silicon Valley, and Sacto by Westcore.
