Pool's Out For Summer

The 11-story Skyline condos in San Jose threw a pool party April 5 to kick off construction on a new pool with amenity area. The event brought a wave of prospective buyers, says sales manager Terry Blumberg, pictured behind Christy. Since getting sales underway earlier this year, they’ve closed already on half of the first release of homes.

The 115-unit high-rise boasts views, easy access to the adjacent VTA light rail, and is attracting residents who work in both Silicon Valley and S.F. Skyline’s price points start in the $300ks. The median price in Silicon Valley reached $527k during the three-month period ending Feb. 28—a 19.8% increase from the prior year, according to a recent Polaris Pacific condo sales report.
