Last night some of S.F.'s wealthiest art lovers Uber-ed and parked Porsches in Potrero Hill for the first annual launch party for Private Collections at Living Green Design. Every spring since 2000, a group of S.F.'s most passionate art collectors open their homes to share their collections with the public. Tour ticket sales go towards Enterprise for High School Students, which helps youngsters prep for college and the real world.

We snapped this pic of Enterprise exec director Tony DiStefano and Private Collections chair Victoria Zitrin before their speech to a suit and tie-clad crowd balancing fruit cocktails. This year's eight collections include the home of power couple Pamela Joyner and Fred Giuffrida, whose passion is Post WWII African-American artists with a focus on abstraction. Francis Mill's art collection is housed in a 1937 historic landmark warehouse building with work by David Hockney. (Nobody wanted to buy our painting of a sad clown signing a lease.)

The garden party guest making heads turn was local beauty blogger Shannon McGovern, who's sporting shoes by London designer Julian Hakes. Despite the heel (and her sitting down), she swears they are comfortable, calling them "Ferraris for your feet." We believe her: Julian is an award-winning architect who fell into the shoe biz almost by accident. Living Green Design sells lawn pieces just as eclectic; one is a giant Buddha statue that runs for $28k.
