War For Talent Rages On: Nicholas Bicardo Hired By NGKF Capital Markets As Vice Chairman

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Capital Markets has hired Nicholas Bicardo as a new vice chairman and head of Northern California retail capital markets. The company’s executive managing director, Pete Bethea, cited Bicardo’s track record and fit with the existing NGKF team.

The hire reflects NGKF’s aggressive push into retail capital markets and other sectors across the nation. “We are looking forward to accelerating our program to provide a complete and seamless offering to buy, lease, finance and sell with our clients through every market cycle,” Pete says.

Nicholas previously worked with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, where he completed more than $2B in deals.
