CBRE Capital Markets Forms Multifamily Practice In Bay Area

Cbre Capital Markets Executive Vice Presidents Jefrey Henderson And Matt Kroger

CBRE Capital Markets has created a multifamily practice in the Bay Area. The new team will be led by CBRE Capital Markets Executive Vice Presidents Matt Kroger and Jefrey Henderson, who will focus on investment property and land sales across the region for institutional and private owners. The team’s experience includes sale and leasing of more than 20M SF of existing assets and the sale of development representing about 12,000 residential units.

Kroger and Henderson will be supported by additional CBRE Capital Markets professionals, including Vice Chairman Andrew Behrens, Executive Vice President Jesse Weber and Senior Vice Presidents Mark Russell, Greg Poncetta and Keith Manson.
