SD Business Leaders Wax Philosophic on Jobs, Quality of Life

The weather this morning was a prime example why a collection of San Diego business leaders say the market is primed for job growth: The quality of life is just so good here. NAIOP San Diego hosted iBoss CEO Paul Martini, West Health chief medical officer Joe Smith, General Atomics Vice Chair Linden Blue and VAVi CEO Steve Stoloff for a panel on the future of the market and jobs at the Marriott San Diego. Aside from the weather, the leaders stressed that UCSD, being a premier research institute in the world, is a huge draw for talent, and industries like healthcare and cyber security are seeing big growth; both have a big presence here.
