Ryan Cos is planning to build First Place, a residential property that will allow young adults with autism to live on their own. The property, designed by RSP Architects, will be at Third Street and Catalina Drive in Midtown Phoenix. It will include 50 apartments, a teaching and career-development academy, and a leadership institute for service providers and doctors, The Arizona Republic reports. Construction is slated to begin early next year so that occupancy can start in early to mid-2017. [AR]
