The land under Donovan’s Steak & Chop House was picked up by Menin Development, out of Palm Beach, FL. The 1.5 acre Camelback Corridor property sold for $6.5M and is 100% leased to Donovan’s.
“There is a very limited supply of retail and restaurant space in the area, keeping demand exceptionally high and rental rates at a premium,” says Cushman & Wakefield EVP Chris Hollenbeck, who repped the seller. “Among the limited retail in the area is the exceptional and hugely successful Biltmore Fashion Park, with a number of high-end retailers and restaurants.”
