Rittenhouse Square Parcel Trades for $30M

Southern Land Co of Nashville inked a deal to buy the 1900 Walnut parcel at Rittenhouse Square for $30M, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports. The Tennessee company is already developing 3601 Market St (pictured), a 368-unit apartment building in University City that’s going to open later this year. Castleway Properties, an Irish investor, has owned the parcel since 2007.
