East Falls Multifamily Development On The Way

A new multifamily development of loft apartments is under construction in East Falls, with an anticipated completion date in December.

Falls Bridge Lofts is set to contain 46 units of Class-A housing, with rents at $1,400 for one-bedroom apartments and $2,200 for two-bedrooms. The complex boasts a view of the Schuylkill River, with amenities such as a gym, a media room and a dog washing facility, according to Curbed.

Each apartment will also have a dishwasher, washer and dryer, just beside a planned, mixed-use development to be known as Ridge Flats in the northern Philly neighborhood best known for containing Philadelphia University. [Curbed]
