New Apartment Complex Dalian On The Park Is Already Up For Sale

Dalian on the Park, the new apartment complex on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, is up for sale.

The complex is 10 stories tall, with a Whole Foods making up the bottom two stories, and it only started accepting residents in late August. It's on the market with many units still available, and is expected to fetch about $180M, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

DC-based Dalian Development built the property, which has 293 residential units, and JLL is marketing its sale. The Whole Foods was developed by Neal Rodin. [PBJ]
