Plymouth Meeting-based Exeter Property Group acquired the 486k SF Lower Buckeye Distribution Warehouse in Phoenix for $24M from Prologis, which developed the property in 2013. Colliers International EVP Don MacWilliam tells us that it’s the largest industrial building Prologis has ever built in the Phoenix market and represented an opportunity for Exeter to establish a larger presence there. Don, along with colleague Payson MacWilliam, repped both buyer and seller.
