Congrats needs to go out to this building, Four Penn Center, which earned a 2011 Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award through BOMA's Middle Atlantic region competition. Atlanta-based Carter (soon to be acquired by Cassidy Turley) manages the 525k SF complex, led by Carter's GM Michael Zwolinski.
