| Fameco broker Paige Barrow repped landlord Pearl Properties in its deal with Swarovski to relocate from the Shops at Liberty Place to a new 1,800 SF location at 1421 Walnut St. (They needed some room to let the crystals breathe.) “There’s definitely been a boost of retail interest in Center City," says Paige. (We hope they renovate the space to look like a giant truck. It's the only way we eat nowadays.) She also repped the landlord.
