| That was one of the insights at our two-day conference on healthcare real estate late last week in Chicago. King of Prussia-based Array Healthcare Facilities Solutions principal practice area leader Noah Tolson (second from left) was on the outpatient care panel. He notes there’s been a surge in planning for new healthcare facilities in the last year or so, both as the economy recovers, and also anticipating the continuing implementation of Obamacare. Now that the election is over, these plans will very likely proceed.
