Irvine's ValueRock Realty Partners just bought Congressional Place, a two-story office building at 6700 East Pacific Coast Hwy in Long Beach, for $24M.

Colton Cos. sold the 76,939 SF property, which is 100% occupied, the Orange County Register reports.

Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo and other tenants are housed in the nearly 35-year-old building, which is across the street from the Long Beach Marina.
