Irvine Ranch Opens 5 Multifamily Neighborhoods

The Irvine Co is opening five new neighborhoods at its north Irvine Village at Portola Springs master planned community, which will encompass a total of 690 townhouses, condominium flats and single-family homes.

The new neighborhoods include The Vine with one- and two- bedroom attached units from the high $400k's; Indigo, with one-story flats and townhouses with two or three bedrooms priced from the low $500k’s; Silverleaf, with two-story, three-bedroom courtyard homes from the high $600k’s; and Legado and Cressa, with single-family homes priced from the low $800k’s to the high $900k’s.
