Georgia Pacific Leases 1.6M SF in IE

Georgia-Pacific inked a 1.6M SF lease of Goodman Logistics Center Rancho Cucamonga in the Inland Empire. The company will occupy the two buildings nearing completion at 12521 Arrow Route and 8688 Etiwanda Ave, which are part of Goodman Birtcher's development pipeline totaling 15M SF in markets in California, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The deal is one of largest logistics leases of the last 10 years in Southern California, reports CoStar, and comes about a month before the planned completion of the properties. [CoStar]
