Pacific Hospitality Group Weighing AC Hotel Deals

An affiliate of Irvine’s Pacific Hospitality Group is focusing on deals for two AC Hotels.

One 176-room property is under construction at Park Place near the John Wayne Airport. It is expected to open in December. Pacific Hospitality Group has it under contract, according to the Orange County Business Journal.

The firm has closed on the second hotel, a development from Woodbine Development Corp and USAA that opened June 8 in Tempe, AZ.

Financial terms for both deals were undisclosed. [OCBJ]
