Anaheim's Hotel Menage will soon rebrand as a Four Points by Sheraton.

Casa Resorts' La Casa Anaheim Resort LLC in Laguna Beach sold the Menage to Kitty Lo, an investor from Taiwan, a year ago for $34.2M.

Richard Ham, Takao Shinomiya and Christopher Keller bought the hotel 10 years ago for $22.5M, according to the Orange County Business Journal.

The hotel was previously a Holiday Inn.

Future plans for the hotel include a reno of its 255 rooms. The reno could be completed by early next year. [OCBJ]
