DoubleTree Suites In Dana Point Completes $8M Reno

A DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel in Dana Point just got an $8M facelift, giving a new look to its outdoor lounges and suites.

A total of 196 guest suites were renovated at the hotel at 34402 Pacific Coast Hwy., the Orange County Register reports. The new look is a mix between a boutique hotel and a beach house design.

The hotel's gathering spaces can now hold up to 400 people.

The hotel industry is booming in Orange County this year with 11 hotels scheduled to open.
