I-Fei Chang Steps Down as Head of Greenland USA

I-Fei Chang, a Bisnow LA Power Woman, has stepped down as president and CEO of Greenland USA, a post she’s held since 2013. There was no explanation for her stepping down, but a press release attributed the departure to “personal reasons” and said the company respects her achievements.

Greenland, the LA-based arm of one of China’s biggest real estate investment firms, is known among other things for entering into a JV with Forest City Ratner to develop all phases of Pacific Park Brooklyn in 2014, reports the Commercial Observer.

In the LA market, Greenland’s $1.4B investment in the Metropolis hotel condo and retail development was among its noteworthy deals. Founding member and EVP Gang Hu will take the helm, the company said. [CO]
