Exclusive: Kaufman Signs Two Leases At 450 Seventh Ave

The Kaufman Organization has secured two leases at 450 Seventh Ave. Executive search firm Howe-Lewis signed a five-year deal for 2,100 SF, while risk and audit IT firm Reliant Solutions renewed a five-year deal for 3.6k SF. Asking rents were in the range of $50 per SF. Kaufman's Barbara Raskob repped the landlord for both deals; Howe-Lewis and Reliant did not have brokers.
