Yesterday, co-working company The Yard opened its seventh NYC location on the fifth, sixth and seventh floors of 116 Nassau St in the Financial District.

The 34k SF location—called City Hall Park—can hold up to 415 workers and offers month-to-month office spaces with downtown views, curated art galleries and access to The BackYard, The Yard’s online, members-only social network. Dedicated desks start at $500/month and furnished private offices start at $700/month.

The new space is within walking distance of the The Beekham, the Fulton Center and the N, Q, R, A, C, 4, 5, 2, 3, J and Z subway lines.

Like many providers in the creative co-working space, City Yard Park will host art exhibitions, happy hours, workshops and product demonstrations. The company has five new locations in development in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Philadelphia and DC, all set to open next year.
