RFR is selling 757 Third Ave to the Toronto-based firm Bentell Kennedy for $360M, the Wall Street Journal reports. RFR paid $103M for the 27-story office building in 1999 and has since invested about $20M in upgrades. An Eastdil Secured team led by Doulgas Harmon and Adam Spies repped RFR in the deal. Sources say that since the new landlord is Canadian, it will make new tenants sign a contract requiring them to be nice all the time. [WSJ]
