Plus-size retailer OSP is putting $20M into packing up its two Midtown offices, and heading downtown to One New York Plaza (above) after receiving a $1.8M grant from Empire State Development and New York City Economic Development Corp, the WSJ reports. They're gaining an additional 6k SF. OPS will join a flock of other fashion giants, including their new neighbors Revlon, Vogue and Glamour publisher Conde Naste and Brooks Brothers.
