Nike has accepted Google's lease buyout offer and will head to a new tower being built by the Durst Organization at 855 Sixth Ave (rendering shown) early next year. The 11-year lease is for 147k SF in the 42-story mixed-use development, which will have 570k SF of office, retail and residential space. Nike will anchor the office space, taking up a portion of the second floor and all of floors three through six, CoStar Group reports.
