Lower Manhattan Headquarters (LMHQ) has answered the community's prayers with a 12.5k SF workspace at 150 Broadway. Rather than operate like a co-working space, LMHQ is meant to be like a clubhouse, where people can meet up, collaborate, and even bump into like-minded individuals. The high-tech space, has open work areas, phone rooms, meeting rooms, a large classroom, and an event space for 140 people. There's also diverse programming, like morning meditation and dance parties. Membership is $1,920/year for individuals and there's an $8,000/year company membership for five employees.
