Fisher Bros. Picks JLL To Broker A Revival For 1345 Sixth Ave.

Fisher Brothers has picked JLL to be the exclusive leasing agent for its office building at 1345 Sixth Ave.

The move comes months after Fisher Brothers announced a $65M renovation for the building, focusing on modernizing the lobby, elevators and outdoor plaza, with additional improvements to be made to Fisher Park, the public space on the side of the building. The firm hopes such improvements will help it keep pace with the influx of new construction happening on the west side. Accenture, one of 1345's tenants, has reportedly been shopping for new space, possibly at Hudson Yards or the new World Trade Center.

JLL's top leasing team of Tri-State chairman Peter Riguardi, Alex Chudnoff, Cynthia Wasserberger, Ben Bass and others will lead the negotiations.

The 50-story, 2M SF building has about 170K SF available for lease, including all of floors 27 to 30. The lobby renovation is set to be completed by the end of 2017, with the rest following by the end of 2018.
