SL Green has announced it’s signed Bloomberg to 255k SF at 919 Third Ave, and WeWork to a full-building, 136k SF lease at 315 West 36th St. CBRE’s Peter Turchin, Gregg Rothkin, James Ackerson and Edward Goldman repped SL Green at 919 Third Ave. Hayes Realty Services repped WeWork. SL Green used an in-house team for the WeWork lease. WeWork's been on a leasing binge in Midtown, and Bloomberg's latest lease adds to the 150k SF it recently took at 919 Third Ave.
